Sat., Jan. 21: Roots to Roots - Evrim Dogu, owner/baker of Sub Rosa Breads, lives and breathes Food As Culture. Soon to open a bakery in Church Hill, for this first WBCH Genealogy 3rd Saturday Workshop of 2012, Evrim will demonstrate how his roots, his love of good food and of traditional song have strengthened his ancestral understanding for living today.
